Any major host should be able to do this. I use http://www.hostgator.com, it’s $14.95 for unlimited domains/subdomains. The back-end interface is cPanel, which is a really easy way to administer multiple domains and websites on one host. They use a script called “Fantastico” for one-click installs of WordPress and many other blogging and CMS software.
this one is free, bust a blog .com, you can host unlimited free blogs but domains are like yourname.bustablog.com, they are going to offer the ability to add your own domain name soon.

If you don’t want to do any installation you have no way to use a free service with a subdomain! All paid blog hosts use a script called “Fantastico” for installing WordPress. It is very easu-to-use and you just must click a button and then all things would be accured automaticly.
If you are going to start your blog at your own domain with different pages, you need a web host providing blog tools.
