Hi there I’m trying to start up a few websites as a project but can’t seem to find a CHEAP package where by you can manage several (1-5) domains via 1 hosting package if this is even possible?

Dude I would go with Hostgator. I just took a look at thier site and they are starting at 6.36/mo. Personal I go with the baby plan for the unlimited domain usage. Although they are not the cheapest they are the most reliable with 24 hr support. Fast upload and personally never had any down time. Love them.
