web hosting billing with customer management.?

I just started a small hosting service and facing dificulties in managing my clients’ information and billing.

I need a free (open source) and reliable system that I can use to alow my customers place order online (no online payment, bank payment alowed). I want to be able to authomaticaly generate invoice and send to my client as at when due.

Please I dont have $$$ to pay at the moment, but can afford to pay later when my business grows.

Please recomend any tested and free solution for me.

    I am actually going to be starting a hosting company myself. I know that money can be tight when starting up and this is the site I found that is free, online, and supports recurring invoicing.

    I am personally going to invest some money into the Parallel’s Plesk Panel and Billing System. This looks to be a great way to simplify both the hosting and the billing for my new adventure. See the link below for their website. Both can be leased by paying monthly payments.
